What Matters to You about health services in Norfolk and Waveney?
Have you used local health services for your physical and mental health and wellbeing during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic? Have you heard from friends or family who have?
Many services have had to change the way they operate during coronavirus so that they can continue to provide essential health and care services, while at the same time safely treat and care for people with coronavirus symptoms.
Your feedback on how you have accessed health and care services will help the NHS to coordinate how staff and services continue to operate locally, both now and in the future. The CCG has a duty to make sure feedback from people who use services is reflected in commissioning. This is just as important during COVID.
Each provider of NHS services offers the opportunity for patients to give feedback through the Friends and Family Test.
The Friends and Family Test is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. This is especially important during the coronavirus pandemic.
If you would like to give specific feedback on your experience to the NHS Trust that treated you, follow the links below to their Friends and Family Test pages. Your feedback will be anonymous and will not affect your care:
You can also give feedback about the services you have received from your GP surgery. Go to your surgery’s website and follow the links to its Friends and Family Test. Your feedback will be anonymous and will not affect your care.
The Care Quality Commission is also conducting a national survey for people to give their views on the care they have received during coronavirus. You can access the survey here.
